The Challenge

To increase the value that Balance Sports Nutritions derives from its sponsorship portfolio.  

 

Our Role

We worked with the Balance team to:

  • Analsyse the existing sponsorship portfolio
  • Measure value associated with each contract
  • Provide a gap analysis on assets
  • Build the sponsorship activation model for all 'aligned' partnerships
  • Re-negotiate inclusions and exclusions within all key athlete and event sponsorship agreements 

 

The Result

  • Streamlined sponsorship portfolio
  • Increased assets per contract at no incremental costs
  • Increased returns from activation of sponsorships through integrated framework
