Partner Identification

Step 1: We analysed a range of industries, of relevant scale, where offering café quality coffee would enhance the SME's customer/consumer offering.  

Step 2: We negotiated with key industry bodies and identified the value of each vertical and fit with Lavazza BLUE model.

Step 3: We identified the Hair & Beauty industry.

Step 4: We developed a partnership with Hair & Beauty Australia Association.


Partnership Activation

Step 1: We developed a partnership offering that tailored the Lavazza BLUE model to hair dressers needs.

Step 2: We implemented an engagement and integrated communications plan to connect with and drive sign-ups with Salon owners.
