Opportunity identified

Working closely with the Emirates team, we identified an opportunity to improve the experience delivered at Trade Expos and Events.  The goal was to help bring it in-line with the level of excellence delivered across all other areas of the airline's customer journey and subsequently to grow engagement and sign-ups in shows.


The challenge

The wide range of events the Emirates team attend required a modular stand that would provide the optimum layout and relevant messaging for each show and customer group.

A modular stand solution that can be managed by the Emirates team and that has elevated the experience delivered at each event.
