EQ FESTIVAL SERIES

A one of a kind food, drink and music festival series featuring street food trucks, premium beverages, explosive music programming, and family-friendly activities.

We partnered with the iconic precinct to ideate and produce immersive, high energy events that featured four key components: food, drink, music and play.

The series featured EQ Dining Festival, which took place on Thursdays and was the perfect after-work destination, and EQ Sunday Festival, which quickly became the ultimate day out for adults and children alike.

Both featured an evolving line up of food trucks, and we secured premium beverage sponsors in Hard Fizz, Frenchies Brewery, Lyre’s Sprit Co, Mr Black, Poor Toms and Fever-Tree. Our team sourced music acts, and curated art, craft and music workshops.

We developed two unique brand identities, and applied them to event spaces and digital platforms, and handled all event styling and management.

The Results

The event series attracted more than 5,000 guests and garnered a media reach of over 1.86 million, with coverage secured in leading outlets such as Studio10, delicious, The Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Traveller, Eat Drink Play and The Brag.

Overall it was an immense success, and there are plans to transform the concept into an ongoing series that aligns with key social, cultural and sporting events throughout the calendar year.
