NEW YEARS EVE AT SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

A luxurious, one of a kind New Year’s Eve celebration at the Sydney Opera House, which offered sweeping views of one of the world’s most iconic fireworks displays.

The Sydney Opera House and Trippas White Group wanted to bring a highly prestigious, memorable event to the harbour city, for both Sydneysiders and tourists alike to enjoy as they rang in the new year.

They subsequently looked to The Round Table to transform their vision into a reality. In this role we worked across both internal event spaces, and the Sydney Opera House’s renowned western boardwalk.

Our team handled all production, including lighting, AV and floor planning, and worked in close partnership with the Sydney Opera House’s safety team. We designed and produced a bespoke, large-scale stage and set, managed all styling, sourced and installed photobooths, liaised with key talent, and managed the stage as the experience unfolded.

The Results

All key stakeholders were so impressed with our creative ideation, attention to detail, premium production and seamless end-to-end management, that The Round Table was retained as the event’s official production partner for three consecutive years.

Furthermore, both the VIP and general ticket holder areas sold out well in advance of the events, and attracted over 4,500 guests over the three-year period.
