Fever-Tree

Bringing the new Fever-Tree Gin and Tonic Festival to gin-loving Sydneysiders, via an action packed, three-day event experience.

The Round Table was selected to launch Fever-Tree’s first-ever Gin and Tonic festival in Sydney, from conceptualisation right through to delivery. This saw our team secure the host location of Rose Gardens in Centennial Park, making the festival the first commercial event to be hosted in the space. We ensured a seamless guest experience, by developing detailed floor plans, sponsor packages, sponsor bars, the event website and ticketing platforms, and creating onsite maps, tokens and branded assets. The festival provided gin lovers with the opportunity to sample gins from renowned and emerging distilleries, purchase their favourites – including limited edition varieties, and engage in free workshops and discovery sessions. This was all complemented by music performances from Fat Freddy’s Drop and Milan Ring.

The Results

All three days of the festival sold out, with 6,000 attendees visiting the outdoor space. This saw the event quickly become the largest outdoor festival of its kind in Australia. We successfully secured a total of 40 onsite distillers, who hailed from both Australia and abroad, and three platinum sponsors. The event was such a success, that we were enlisted to bring it to other key cities throughout Australia.
