Bombay Sapphire

Project Botanicals – James Viles

The Round Table

Presents

Bombay Sapphire

Bringing the Project Botanicals series to consumers in New South Wales, with a degustation style dining experience curated by leading chef James Viles, which showcased the 10 botanicals of Bombay Sapphire.

Bombay Sapphire looked to The Round Table to design, produce and manage a premium brand activation for Sydneysiders that would encourage product trials and raise brand awareness. This saw us develop the overall event concept, which involved leveraging the industrial, minimalist interior of a derelict building in Sydney’s Chippendale, and layering it with elements including hanging greenery and subtle blue lighting, so as to complement the Bombay Sapphire brand and James Viles’ food philosophy. Our team managed all aspects of the three-week experience, which spanned two floors, a 140-person restaurant and 150-person rooftop bar, hosted a media launch, and built the event website.
