A three-day whisky and dessert pop-up bar collaboration, featuring renowned single malt whisky distillery, Glenmorangie and experimental pastry chef, Reynold Poernomo of KOI Dessert Bar.

Glenmorangie approached The Round Table to concept, design and manage a premium experience that would shine a spotlight on its most exclusive innovation, Signet. We curated the concept of Light Between The Darkness, and brought it to life via a contemporary architectural space, which was situated in a unique location at Barangaroo, and had never been used for a large-scale activation before. The luxury whisky and dessert bar featured sensory stations, lounge furniture, and outdoor table seating, and was the ideal setting for enjoying the bespoke whisky and dessert pairings.

The Results

The activation was such a success, it was recognised as the best practice for Glenmorangie Signet around the globe. It generated immense interest both in-person and digitally, with just under 1,500 consumers visiting the pop-up, who spent an average of $30 each. This equated to $43,000 in sales in just three days. On social the experience produced 2.5M impressions, a reach of 320,000, and 11,200 engagements.
