A sensory-led dining experience that immersed consumers and media in Belvedere’s newly launched Single Estate Rye Vodka range.

Belvedere looked to The Round Table to design and produce a unique, one-off event to launch its new range. It needed to showcase the effects that two different environments ​– lake and forest ​– can have on the flavour profiles of the vodkas. Our team took over two floors of an exclusive space, and fit it out with a customised restaurant and bar experience, of which we designed. Central to the experience was a sensorial 360° projection, which featured synchronised sounds, and aroma, science and food pairings. It took attendees on a journey through rye fields, Lake Bartężek in Poland and organic forests, ensuring the Belvedere brand message was communicated in a unique and memorable way.
