A secret, intimate outdoor festival experience in Glenworth Valley featuring artist Boy and Bear, custom staging, and paddock to plate style dishes.

We were brought on board to produce Wild Turkey’s first-ever Discovery Series: Acoustic Session, which was designed to highlight the brand’s connection to nature. The Round Table partnered with Glenworth Valley to create an unforgettable experience. Highlights included a fire pit, paddock to plate style cuisine that was cooked in an onsite smoker, a custom stage set, branded bar, and raw seating on both hay bales and Wild Turkey whisky barrels. Our scope also included talent management for Boy and Bear, guest logistics, and content capture spanning drones, 4K footage and photography.

The Results

The invite-only event attracted 100 VIP guests, and due to its success, set the standard for future gigs in the series. It effectively showcased Wild Turkey’s heritage and values, and the client was incredibly impressed with our creative approach, high-end production, and seamless management of the overall experience.
