An A-list celebration of the country’s top female powerbrokers, trailblazers and future shapers, all in a completely transformed, luxe Sydney space.

Marie Claire sought to shine a light on Australia’s female game changers, by hosting its inaugural Women of the Year gala. It needed to bring freshness, modernity and meaning to women, and be amplifiable across all mediums.The Round Table led the event production and onsite experience. We curated a detailed floor plan, which featured seated dining, sponsor activations, a DJ, dance floor, red carpet experience, food pop-ups, and a portrait photography booth. We utilised florals, bespoke lighting and ceiling projections to transform the premium Rockpool space into an empowering environment, and collaborated with the client to curate a content program spanning renowned speakers, compelling videos, a musician, and an awe-inspiring fashion moment.
